Peter McDonald has been entertaining audiences in much of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York over the past two decades. Philadelphia music-lovers have heard him at the popular Finnigan's Wake in that city and at Kildare's Pubs in Manayunk and King Of Prussia, Pa.; in southern New Jersey at Ye Old Anglesea Pub in North Wildwood and in Williamstown at Scotland Run Golf Club; and in Atlantic City at Ri~Rá, the Irish pub-restaurant inside the Tropicana Casino Resort. Pete, who's toured Ireland three times, was paired with Máire Cogan, former World Champion on the uilleann pipes at the annual Fleadh Cheoil Music Festival in the Emerald Isle. Máire appears on Pete's latest recording effort, “My Friends And Relations,” a CD of personal favorites, traditional Irish dance tunes and self-penned songs, available for purchase here or at his personal appearances and private parties. He boasts an extensive repertoire that reaches all ages, and enjoys a bit of “Irish Karaoke” in which audience members are invited to perform their own particular party piece--accompanied, of course, by Pete himself. You may contact Pete via email or by telephone at (609) 927-3980. |
